1. Go to your order history and select the order you wish to cancel.

2. If the order has been placed less than 1 hour ago, there will be a 'CANCEL ORDER' button showing at the bottom of the order summary.

3. Please select this button, you will then be asked to confirm your cancellation request.

4. To continue cancelling your order select 'CANCEL ORDER' again. If you do not wish to cancel your order, select 'No, return to order'.

5. Once an order is cancelled, we cannot undo this. You will need to replace the order yourself.

If you haven't received any email updates about your order, it is likely the emails were marked as spam. Some email providers may mark our emails as spam or completely block them.Be sure to check your spam folder for emails about your order and make sure to add Threadless to your safe list.

Canceling your order is the last thing we want to do but some situations come up where cancellation is the best option to save you time and money. If your order is canceled, you won't be charged. 

The most common reasons an order might be canceled are:

1. Limits on available quantities.

2. The item is out of stock.

3. Price or other listing errors Additional information is needed by our Credit and Fraud Avoidance department.

4. Unavailable carrier or shipping method.

We will send you an email if any part of your order is canceled or if we need more information to process your order.
